Programs for Neurodivergent Populations

By engaging its professional dancers as Teaching Artists, ESDC brings an inclusive, artistic, and movement-centered approach to each participant’s experience. The goal is to create a unique and rewarding synergy between professional dancers who are trained to explore movement in skilled ways, and neurodivergent individuals. What emerges from this space, is a shared experience of enthusiasm, engagement, delight, and, most of all, movement. These residencies are deeply meaningful not only to participants, but also to their families, ESDC dancers, staff, and administrators.
