The Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company (ESDC), resident company of The Egg Performing Arts Center, is not holding auditions at this time. Audition dates for our 2025-2026 will be announced soon.
Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company is a professional modern company with 6 dancers. Currently celebrating its 33rd anniversary season, the company holds an average of 15+ performances, community outreach and art education events each year throughout the Capital Region of New York State. The full season runs from August 2025 to June 2026. Dancers are paid semi-monthly.
The audition will consist of a modern warm up and company repertory. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Send registration form, along with a resume, headshot, and recent dance photo to the mailing address or email address below. The company is only able to consider dancers who are US citizens or those with existing work visas or green cards.

DIRECTIONS The principle automobile entrance to The Egg in Albany is from I-787. Whether you are coming from the north or south, take the Empire Plaza exit. The ramp will lead you directly into the underground parking areas. Turn right into the V-Lot (the third lot on your right) and be prepared to show a photo ID when arriving into the lot. There is a $10 fee to park on the weekends. After paying, go to stop sign. You will see the elevators almost directly in front of you. Park and take an elevator to the (C) Concourse level.
